SHOP ROUTE BOARD

The product

EVERYTHING YOUR SHOP NEEDS.
ON ONE BOARD.

Not a generic task tool with car words pasted on. Every part of this was built for the way a service drive actually moves work.

Layouts that match your drive

Build the board in the shape of your shop — a box per bay, tech, or stage. Size them, span them across two columns, colour them, and decide which ones scroll. Save more than one layout and switch when the shop changes.

Cards that carry the whole job

RO number, advisor, technician, status, priority and notes — plus any custom fields your store needs. Rename every label to the words your team already uses.

Aging and promise times

Cards show how long they have been where they are. Set thresholds and they warn, then escalate. Give a job a promise time and the board tells you before you have blown it.

Touch-first movement

Drag a card between bays with a mouse, or tap Move To on a shop tablet. Complete a whole batch at once with Select. Everything is sized for fingers, not just cursors.

A dealer dashboard that means something

Active work, over promise, aging, completed today. Workload by technician, flow by status, an exception list ordered most-urgent-first. Every figure clicks through to the cars behind it, and each user arranges their own panels.

History and a real timeline

Every RO keeps a record: created, moved, status changed, notes edited, completed — who and when. Completed work stays searchable by date, advisor, technician or original bay, exports to CSV, and can be restored to the board.

Communication in context

Store channels, direct messages, and dealer-group conversations for people who run more than one rooftop. Ping an advisor about a specific RO and the number comes with it.

Top Bay incentive program

The advisor SPIF program, built in. Log a sale, bank credits, play the day's game, chase daily and weekly challenges. A live wall for the drive, and a day-close payout report you can print.

The everyday details, covered

Roles that fit the drive

Managers, dispatchers, advisors, technicians and view-only screens. Technicians can be limited to their own bays so a wall display shows them only their work.

Printing that still matters

Print the board for a walk-around, print an RO summary, print the Top Bay wall. Laid out for paper, not a screenshot of a screen.

Light, dark, or follow the device

Each person picks their own appearance and it follows them to every screen they sign into — bright office desk, dim back shop, wall TV.

See it on your own board

The demo is a real working board with sample cars on it. Move something, complete something, break nothing.
