Getting started
No install, no server to buy, no hardware. It runs in the browser you already have, on the screens you already own.
Open the layout builder and drag boxes into the shape of your drive — one per bay, technician, or stage of the job. Name them what your team calls them. Make the heavy-line box double-width. Set which ones scroll when they fill up.
Rename the fields to match your store — "RO Number" or "Tag", "Advisor" or "Writer". Add your own priorities and statuses with their own colours. Decide when a card starts aging, and whether it flashes when it has waited too long.
Invite advisors, technicians and managers by email — each gets a one-time link to set their own password. Give each person the access their job needs. Technicians can be restricted to their own bays.
Open the board on the wall TV, the advisor desks, the tablets in the bays. It updates itself — nobody reloads anything, and a screen left on all day stays current.
Add a car when it comes in. Move it as it goes through the shop. Mark it done when it leaves. The history keeps itself, and the dashboard tells you where the day is going without anyone building a report.
A browser. Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on anything from a wall TV to a phone. That is the whole requirement.
Most stores have a working board inside an afternoon. The layout is the part worth taking time over — everything else follows from it.
Advisors and techs generally need a couple of minutes: the board looks like the whiteboard it replaces. Managers get a walkthrough of the dashboard and reports.
